The St Andrews Historical Journal is an entirely student-run academic journal that gives undergraduate and postgraduate students the opportunity to share their original scholarly work. Re-launched five years ago, with a new staff and operating procedure, the Journal now places a heavier focus on its online presence, publishing multiple online articles each month.The dissertation must consist of between 10,000 and 12,000 words of English prose on a topic agreed between the student and an appropriate member of staff (who acts as supervisor). The topic does not have to relate to work covered in previous Honours modules, though it may be helpful to the candidate if it builds on previous work.Welcome to the St Andrews Research Repository This is the official institutional research repository for the University of St Andrews.
